Product packaging

Sweets are packaged in a resealable foiled bag and then bubble wrapped and boxed as required. Gift boxes are wrapped in bubble wrap and then shrink wrapped.

Stock availability

Whilst we ensure our stock quantities online is as accurate as possible, there may instances certain items may be out of stock. If this occurs then we will contact you to arrange a suitable replacement product or an alternative product up to the same value. You can of course cancel your order if you wish.Best before datesThe best before dates of our products usually have best before dates with a minimum of 3 months.

Cancellations / Returns

As a customer you are entitled to cancel you order or request a full refund of your order under the following conditions:

• Cancellations or refunds must be made prior to dispatch of order. Otherwise you will need to pay the associated delivery costs for the original delivery and the return delivery. The order must be returned unopened.
• If a mistake has been made on our side or the parcel is late then you can return it and request a refund but you will need to pay the delivery return cost.

We will issue refunds from the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We are not able to offer returns if you have received your order and no longer require the product or have changed your mind.

Payment

We currently only accept payments by PayPal or by debit/credit cards. We however do not accept any payments in any other currency other than GB POUND STERLING.

Delivery

Orders are sent out the next working day after purchase and are all tracked.

Standard delivery should take 3-5 days and express delivery should be delivered between 1-2 days.

Standard delivery to the UK is £4.99 with orders for 200g costing £2.99. Orders to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands include a £2 surcharge making the standard delivery cost £6.99 and orders for 200g costing £4.99.
